- Techno-commercial evaluation of quotes.
- Approval of vendor drawings.
- Work orders and purchase order formats for procurement.
- Preparation of bar charts and procurement schedules.
- Issue of material supplied by client to contractors/venders.
- Periodic quality checks and its reporting.
- Checking and certifying bills of venders and suppliers.
- Co-ordination between various project agencies.
- Monitoring and reporting project progress.
- Daily supervision (if required).
- Review, assess and instruct regarding defects during defects liability period.
- Issue final certificates to contractors.
- Closing of contract of contractors.
- Supervision of Erection & commissioning
